摘要
风险管理是施工项目管理的重要内容。为了准确评价城轨特大桥跨既有繁忙高速桥施工阶段风险水平,提出改进意见,首先建立了评价指标体系,然后采用Delphi法计算了各指标权重,最后用FCE法得出了施工风险管理水平等级,从而完成了施工风险评价模型的建立。该模型明确了施工风险管理的优势和不足,为其加强风险控制提供了理论参考。
Risk management is an important content of construction project management.For accuracy evaluation risk levels of urban rail bridge construction crossing over existing busy highway bridge and put forward improvement opinions,firstly the evaluation index system is set up.Then each index weight is calculated using Delphi method.The construction risk management level is obtained by FCE method at last,so the construction risk evaluation model is completed.The model has been clear about the advantages and disadvantages of construction risk management and it also provides the theoretical reference for risk control.
