基于价值工程原理的煤矸石混凝土配合比设计方案选择 被引量:6

摘要 混凝土的配合比直接影响着煤矸石混凝土的使用性能.与普通混凝土配合比不同,煤矸石混凝土配合比受煤矸石粗集料级配影响.从煤矸石粗集料的级配和体积含量出发,利用正交试验设计25组煤矸石混凝土的配合比.根据煤矸石混凝土的功能分析,建立了煤矸石混凝土评价指标体系模型,采用客观赋值法确定各指标权重,通过功效函数法确定各煤矸石混凝土配合比的功能系数和成本系数,最终完成不同煤矸石混凝土配合比价值系数的评估,优化煤矸石混凝土的配合比设计方案. Coal gangue concrete properties were directly influenced by mix proportion. Unlike common concrete, the mix proportion of coal gangue concrete was influenced by coal gangue grading. According to the grading and volume content of coal gangue in concrete, 25 groups of mix proportions were arranged by orthogonal design to optimize the mix proportion. A multi-level evaluation index system model was built on the basis of function analysis. Based on the objective assignment method, the weight of function index was determined. With the efficacy coefficient method, the function coefficient and cost coefficient of the different mix proportions were determined, and the value coefficient assessment of different mix proportions was concluded to optimize the mix proportion.
