摘要
建立基于修正Russell方法的两阶段超效率DEA模型,给出具有两阶段生产结构的决策单元依绩效全排序的方法.将研究方法运用于我国5家国有银行绩效排序问题,根据2011至2013年的最新数据,分别得出5家国有银行之间及自身依阶段效率及总效率的排列顺序,并分析排序的变化趋势,为提升效率指明方向.
This article presents a super efficiency DEA model with two-stage structure based on enhanced Russell measure. On the basis of characters of the model, the method of ranking decision making units （DMUs） with two-stage structure is proposed. Furthermore, we apply this method to solving the problem of full sequencing of five state-owned banks in China according to the data during the years 2011 and 2013. We analyze the efficiency of the five state-owned banks in different years, obtain efficiency sequencing about sub-stage and the whole procedure, and point out the way of improving efficiency for each bank.
