摘要
目的 运用综合疗法治疗颈性眩晕。方法 选取2012年1月~2014年1月收治的诊断为颈性眩晕患者50例,采用完全随机原则分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予综合治疗,对照组给予药物治疗,均给予治疗2周,观察疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率为96%,对照组有效率为72%,治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 引起颈性眩晕的原因多种多样,单纯西药治疗效果有限,给予综合治疗效果显著。
