摘要
信息化技术在城市规划管理方面起到了积极的推动作用,构建"一张图"平台是实现规划编制与管理审批一体化,是进行规划信息化建设的一个重要主题。从实际问题着手,着重解决现实规划编制中存在的数据过期、标准不统一、与审批脱节等问题,有效的建立了规划审批一体化平台途径,促进规划的信息化发展。
