摘要
校长无疑是一个优秀个体的集合,他们的个体经验蕴含着强大的改革动力、丰富的教育智慧、有效的实践价值和更高的自我效能。然而,现实中也出现了不少校长对自身经验运用的误区,主要表现在个体经验运用受功利选择支配、个体经验表达出现了自缚的倾向、对他者"成功"经验的盲目跟风以及将理论培训作为个体经验完善的最高准则等方面。要解决这些问题,更好地体现校长个体经验的价值,可加强个体经验整合形成学校"土政策",同时,移植他者经验应该注重完整,并主动反思,防止个体经验固化。
Principals are a collection of intelligent individuals, and their personal experience contains strong reform motivation, rich educational wisdom, effective practical value and higher self-efficacy. But when applying their personal experience in their work, many principals have met with some problems: use of individual experience is controlled by the utilitarian choice; individual expression shows the tendency of self-control; and they blindly follow others' successful experience and treat the theoretical training as the supreme principle of perfecting their individual experience. To solve these problems and better demonstrate the value of principals' individual experience, it is necessary to integrate their individual experience to form the school's"local rules", pay attention to the completeness when transplanting others' experience and actively reflect their individual experience to prevent it from becoming fossilized.
