摘要
目的：应用品管圈活动提高骨科围术期Ⅰ类切口抗菌药物使用正确率。方法成立品管圈小组，针对骨科围术期Ⅰ类切口抗菌药物使用的现况，运用品管圈手法进行现状把握、目标设定、要因分析、对策拟定并实施成立品管圈。结果实施品管圈后，围术期Ⅰ类切口抗菌药物不合理使用从69例降至22例，进步率为70%，有效提高了骨科围术期抗菌药物使用正确率；提升了护理人员发现问题、解决问题的能力与团队协作能力。结论推行品管圈活动，提高了骨科围术期Ⅰ类切口预防性使用抗菌药物的正确率，确保临床用药安全有效，对预防手术切口感染、增加手术安全性、预防术后医院感染和减少产生耐药菌株、提高治愈率有积极的作用。
Objective To apply quality control circle （ QCC） to improve antimicrobial use correct rate treated type I incision during perioperative orthopedic. Methods The QCC group was established to grasp the current status of antimicrobial use correct rate for type I incision, set goals, analyze major factors, and form and implement countermeasures. Results The unreasonable use incidences of antimicrobial agents were decreased from 69 to 22 cases with a progress of 70%, and improved the nurse′s ability of finding and solving problems and the ability of team cooperation after conducting QCC activities. Conclusions QCC activities plays a positive role in management of orthopedic perioperative antimicrobial use, and ensures the safety of clinical application and cure rates, prevents the incision infection and postoperative nosocomial infection, increases the operation safety, and reduces the drug resistant strains.
