摘要
本文采用Co、Mn、Cu同时替代La Mg2Ni9中的Ni,并且与Cu单独替代时合金的电化学性能进行了比较,实验结果表明,与单元替代相比,多元替代有着较高的放电容量和较好的活化性能,但是其循环稳定性较差,文章系统的分析了产生此种现象的原因。此外,通过对综合性能最佳的合金La Mg2Ni2.7Co2.1Mn2.7Cu1.5进行X衍射分析,从微观角度进一步研究了储氢合金成分对合金电化学性能的影响,认为La4Co3和Mg Co Cu0.9Ni0.1可能是提高合金的最大放电容量的原因。
In this paper, Ni in LaMg2Ni9 substituted by Co, Mn, Cu was studied, and the substituted by Cu singly was study at the same time. The difference of electrochemical performance between the two ways on substitution was obviously. The results showed that multi-elements substitute had better maximum discharge capacity and activation properties, but its discharge capacity decay rate was worse. Analyzed reasons for this phenomenon in detail was studied. Besides that, LaMg2 Ni2.7TCo2.1Mn2.7Cu1.5 as the best alloy above all was studied by XRD, that the effects of alloy composition on electrochemical performance were studied fatherly from microscopic view. Study suggests that La4Co3 and MgCoCu0.9Ni0.1 maybe the reason for the better maximum discharge capacity.
