某汽车公司总装车间工程采用地下薄壁螺旋风管技术、TPO防水材料工艺和太阳能及地源热泵技术,选用低频无极灯照明,在响应节能环保的理念的同时,节省了用钢量、提高了施工速度;选用断桥铝型施工工艺处理涂装车间外窗,保证了涂装车间的特殊要求。
In the general assembly workshop project of Beijing Benz Automotive Co., Ltd., various techniques were adopted, such as underground thin wall spiral duct technique, TPO waterproof process, solar power technique, ground source heat pump technique and low-frequency electrodeless lamp lighting system, etc., not only satisfying the energy-saving and environmentally-friendly concepts, but also reducing the steel consumption and improving the construction speed; The external windows of the painting workshop were made of bridge-cut-off aluminium profiles to satisfy the special requirements of the painting workshop.
