摘要
针对某企业中30×180系列齿辊破碎机中破碎辊表面出现金属剥落的现象,通过成分分析、断口形貌分析、金相分析、硬度测试等方法对破碎辊表面失效原因进行分析。分析得出:热处理过程中破碎辊冷却速度过快,从而引起表面层中魏氏组织的产生,诱发脆性裂纹,使得破碎辊合金层表面产生脆性断裂脱落,最终导致失效。
Based on the phenomenon of lifted metal of breaker roller of 30 ×180 teeth-roller cracker,the failure cause of breaker roller was analyzed through component analysis,fracture surface analysis,metallurgical analysis and hardness testing.The widmannstatten structure of surface and brittle crack was produced by too fast cooling of crushing roller during heat treatment,and the surface of breaker roller generates brittle fracture leading to failure at last.
