摘要
采用磨床对5CrNiMo钢进行磨削硬化处理,研究普通刚玉砂轮和碳化硅砂轮、不同进给量、不同磨床及干磨、湿磨对5CrNiMo钢磨削表面硬化层的影响规律。结果得出,在"工具磨床、白刚玉、干磨"磨削条件下采用0.02 mm的进给量,磨削硬化效果最好,磨削硬化层的硬度最大可达到3000 HV。
Ground harden process of 5CrNiMo steel was carried out.Influences of different cooling process,cutting depth and grinding wheel on surface hardening were studied.The results show that no cooling liquid,using white corundum grinding wheel and 0.02 mm cutting depth can produce the best harden effect,and the hardness of hardening layer can reach 3000 HV.
