摘要
目的:了解老年患者在正畸治疗前的心理健康状况,探讨心理问题因素,为医患之间更好的配合完成正畸治疗提供参考依据。方法:以24例老年正畸患者为研究对象,22例病情属于正畸适应证但不要求正畸治疗的老年患者为对照组,分别使用症状自评量表(Symptom Check List,SCL-90)进行心里状况评估。比较两组患者各项指标的差异性。结果:接受正畸治疗的老年患者SCL-90各因子评分显著高于对照组。结论:接受正畸治疗的老年患者有一定程度的心理健康问题。
Objective To analyze the mental health of the elderly orthodontic patients for better co- ordination between doctors and patients. Methods The number of 24 cases elderly orthodontic patients were the research object and 22 cases patients who did not want to be cured with orthodontic treatment were the control group. All of them were assessed by symptom check list-90 （ SCL-90 ）. Differences between the two groups of patients were compared indicators. Results All the factors mark of SCL-90 were higher in study group than that of control group. Conclusion The level of mental health of elderly orthodontic patients was lower than that of the patients who did not want to be cured with orthodontic treatment.
