国产盐酸特比萘芬对皮肤癣菌的体外抗菌活性研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的:研究探讨国产盐酸特比萘芬对皮肤癣菌的三个属和角层癣菌的体外抗菌活性。方法应用美国国家临床和实验室标准研究所(CLSI)的M38?A2方案。菌悬液终浓度为(0.4~5)×104 CFU/mL,孵育温度30℃,培养时间7 d。最低抑菌浓度( MIC)的判定标准为,在显微镜下观察,与阳性对照孔对比,100%生长抑制的最低浓度。最低有效浓度( MEC)的判定标准为在显微镜下观察,与阳性生长对照孔比较,50%以上生长抑制。结果特比萘芬对138株暗色真菌最低有效浓度(MEC),MEC范围0.008~0.125μg/mL,MIC范围0.008~0.25μg/mL。国产盐酸特比萘芬的抗真菌效果与进口特比萘芬的抗真菌效果无显著差异( P>0.05)。结论国产盐酸特比萘芬对皮肤癣菌体外抗菌活性较高,可作为治疗浅部真菌病的有效药物之一。 Objectives To investigate the in vitro susceptibility testing of terbinafine against 138 strains of dermatophytes.Meth-ods CLSI M38?A2 guideline was applied.The media containing the fungi in the concentration of(0.4?5)×104 CFU/mL were incuba-ted at 30 for 7 days.The MIC endpoint was determined as the first concentration of antifungal agent that reached 100% inhibition of growth compared with the growth control.The MEC endpoint was determined as the first concentration of antifungal agent that reached 50% inhibition of growth compared with the growth control.Results The tested 138 strains of Dermatophytes were susceptible to ter-binafine,MEC range:0.008?0.125μg/mL,MIC 0.008?0.25μg/mL.There was no statistical differences between Beijia terbinafine and imported terbinafine(P〉0.05).Conclusion Beija Terbinafine is active aganist Dermatophytes.It can be an effective choice in super-ficial mycosis treatment.
