摘要
分别用碱、酸、高温、超声波和助溶剂对粉煤灰进行改性,探讨其改性机制,对每种改性粉煤灰吸附处理含铅废水进行研究。试验结果表明:5种方法都可改性粉煤灰,但碱改性效果最好;用碱改性粉煤灰吸附处理含铅废水,最佳吸附时间为40min,适宜吸附温度为20℃,适宜废水pH=7.0,吸附过程符合Freundich等温式和Langmuir等温式。
Fly ash was modified by sodium hydroxide,sulfuric acid,high temperature,ultrasonic and sodium carbonate co-solvent.Adsorption characteristics and optimal adsorption conditions of modified fly ash for lead-containing wastewater were investigated.The experimental results show that the fly ash can be modified by the 5methods.Sodium hydroxide has best modification effect.Using modified fly ash by sodium hydroxide to treat lead-containing wastewater,the optimum conditions are reaction time of 40 minutes,reaction temperature of 20 ℃ and wastewater pH of 7.The adsorption process of alkali-modified fly ash accords with langmuir and Freundlich isotherm equations.
