致密物沉积病患儿一例 被引量：1

摘要 1临床资料患儿男,8岁。2010年11月（患儿5岁时）因双下肢水肿伴血肌酐水平升高1个月入院。入院前1.5个月有足背皮肤感染史,1个月前出现双眼睑和双下肢水肿,伴茶色尿,无尿频、尿急、尿痛,尿量600～800mL,就诊于当地医院。血压120/80 mmHg（1 mmHg=0.133kPa）。尿常规检查结果示,红细胞满视野,尿蛋白质＋＋＋,24h尿蛋白1.6g。生化检查结果示,尿素氮（BUN）18.14mmol/L,血肌酐219.2μmol/L。
