摘要
新中国成立前后中国共产党领导的卫生宣传与教育,主要基于现实中国特殊的政治与社会环境,其内容一般包括卫生基本常识和卫生防疫政策与法规的教育与宣传等。但因各种复杂因素的影响,中国共产党领导的卫生宣传与教育却在反细菌战、爱国卫生运动和血吸虫病防治运动等政治与社会生活的诸多领域,体现出了"疾病的隐喻"的深刻意蕴。同时,中国共产党领导卫生宣传与教育的过程,也是对民众进行广泛社会动员的过程,取得了卫生知识的普及与大众化、卫生观念的逐步确立等社会效果,并在一定程度上促进了国家政权的扩张和广大民众对中国共产党和人民政府的政治认同。
Health propaganda and education of the leadership of CCP around the Founding of New China, mainly based on the reality of China special political and social environment, and its content is generally includes basic common sense of health and anti-epidemic policies and regulations of education and propaganda etc. But because of the influence of various com- plex factors, Health propaganda and education of the leadership of the communist party of China in political and social life areas such as the germ warfare, patriotic health campaign and schistosomiasis prevention and control sports, reflects the profound meaning of the metaphor of disease. At the same time, the process of health propaganda and education of the leadership of the communist party of China, which also is the process of extensive social mobilization to the public, has obtained the social effect of popularization and popularization of health knowledge, and establishment of health concept . This has promoted the expan- sion of state power and the general public political identity of the Chinese communist party and the people＇s government to a cer- tain extent.
