摘要
使用钛铬棕和膨胀型阻燃剂制备了聚丙烯阻燃色母粒,并研究了钛铬棕对聚丙烯阻燃和色彩性能的影响。结果表明:钛铬棕替代部分阻燃剂所得母粒添加到制品中,当钛铬棕质量分数为1.33%时LOI达34.3%,且UL-94测试为V-0级。热失重分析表明:少量钛铬棕可促进体系成炭并提高制品热氧稳定性,当制品中钛铬棕质量分数为2.00%时,残炭量提高了61.95%。同时反射率曲线表明:钛铬棕赋予了制品红黄色彩,并对制品的着色性能良好。
Polypropylene(PP) flame retardant masterbatch was prepared by chrome antimony titanium buff rutile( CATBR) and intumescent flame retardant(IFR) , and the impact of CATBR on flame retardant and color properties of PP were also studied. The results showed that the limited oxygen index(LOI)value was 34.3% and the UL-94 testing was V-O level when the content of CATBR was 1.33%. Thermal gravimetric analysis revealed that a small quantity of CATBR could promote the char residue and improve the thermal oxidative stability. In addition the char residue increased 61.95% when the content of CATBR was 2.00% in sample. Moreover, reflectance curves showed that the product exhibited excellent performance in redyellow color and the CATBR improved the dyeing force for products.
