讨论了原油储罐防腐蚀施工方案、涂料选择、喷砂除锈、储罐涂装、施工队伍管理等关键环节的质量控制。同时,讨论了金属表面喷砂除锈等级、粗糙度、涂层外观、涂层厚度、涂层针孔等关键技术指标的测量方法及检验标准。
In Coating Antisepticise of crude oil tank the key of quality contral included the construction scheme, coating choice, blast cleaning, painting and construction administrative and so on. Meanwhile, measuring method and inspection standard of key technical data were discussed, for example, derusting grade, roughness, appearance of coating, coat thickness and pinhole.
