低速重载高温变工况环境下轴承故障诊断系统的设计与实现

摘要 针对在高温、特殊工况工业现场环境下运行的大型冶金设备滚动轴承存在的故障率高、检测和维修困难等问题,利用振动特征信息能够实时反映设备的运行状态和变化规律这一特点,分析了滚动轴承在运行过程中振动故障机理,并根据设备运转特性布局系统测点,搭建硬件测试平台,设计了以Lab Windows CVI为开发平台的轴承故障诊断系统。最后通过实验验证结果表明,本系统能够准确的对数据进行采集和分析,可应用于实际工业现场。 According to the problem of large metallurgical equipment high failure rate, testing and maintenance difficulties at high temperatures, special conditions of industrial field environments rolling bearing exists, the use of vibration feature information in real time to reflect the operating status and changes of equipment this feature, analyzing the rolling bearing vibration during operation, fault mechanism, and equipment operating characteristics of the layout of the system according to the measuring point, set up the hardware test platform designed to LabWindowsCVI platform for the development of bearing fault diagnosis system. Finally, the experimental validation results show that the system can accurately for data collection and analysis can be applied to real industrial field.
