复合形变对AZ31镁合金微观组织及力学性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Compound Deformation on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of AZ31 Magnesium alloy

摘要 对AZ31镁合金板材进行复合形变工艺研究,对比了不同坯料温度、下压量和模具温度对镁合金板材微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,坯料温度为275℃、下压量为29%,模具温度为150℃时,复合形变后镁合金板材拥有理想的微观组织和力学性能。此时镁合金板材平均晶粒尺寸为7.84μm,显微硬度(HV)为91.99,屈服强度为212 MPa,抗拉强度为298 MPa,伸长率为17.2%。 The AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet was investigated by the isothermal combined deformation technology(ICDT).Effects of different temperature of workpiece and the reduction rate as well as the mould temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy were analyzed.The results show that the magnesium alloy sheet has the desirable microstructure and mechanical properties with the workpiece temperature of 275 ℃ and the reduction rate of 29% as well as the mould temperature of 150℃,where the average grain size is 7.84μm and the hardness reach 91.99 HV,meanwhile,yield strength and tensile strength as well as elongation reach 212 MPa and 298 MPa,17.2%,respectively.
