摘要
针对自制聚碳酸酯(PC)/聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)合金材料在注塑成型汽车门把手过程中的异常变黄现象原因进行分析。对操作人员、注塑成型设备、加工工艺及材料配方等影响因素进行了分析。对配方中的PC, PBT分别进行250~300℃程序升温注塑实验无变黄现象,抗氧剂、硅油助剂分别进行热失重实验也没有发生明显失重现象。PC/PBT合金材料在料筒中熔胶后立即注塑成型时,随着PBT含量的增加,PC/PBT合金材料变黄现象越明显;相同PBT含量下,在料筒中停留时间越长变黄现象越明显。实验结果表明,PC,PBT熔融混合加工过程中发生酯交换反应引起PC/PBT合金材料变黄现象。通过在合金材料配方中添加磷酸二氢钠作为酯交换抑制剂,有效降低了门把手的变黄现象。
The causes of abnormal yellowing phenomena of self-made polycarbonate(PC)/poly(butylene terephthalate)(PBT) alloy material in the process of injection molding of automobile door handle was studied. The effects of many factors on it were discussed,such as operating personnal,formulation of injection molding equipment, processing technology and material. Firstly, there was no yellowing phenomenon when programmed injection test of PC and PBT resin used in the alloy at 250~300 ℃was conducted. Secondly,the weightlessness in the thermogravimetric experiments of additives of antioxidant and silicone oil additives weren’t observed. Then it was more obvious for the yellowing phenomenon during the injection molding with the increased content of PBT resin. The longer the alloy stayed in the barrel of injector,the more serious of the yellowing phenomenon with the same content of PBT resin. In conclusion, the transesterification of PC and PBT during their melting processing causes the yellowing phenomenon of PC/PBT alloy material. The yellowing phenomenon of PC/PBT alloy material can be reduced effectively by adding sodium dihydrogen phosphate from its restrainment of transesterification.
