摘要
近年来国际国内恐怖主义日益猖獗,并呈现越来越复杂化的特点,为了便于应对恐怖主义,文章在前人研究的基础上把恐怖主义划分为组织恐怖主义和个人恐怖主义并分别讨论了其概念和特征;结合组织恐怖主义袭击的特征和以住高校个人恐怖主义的案例,文章讨论了高校面对恐怖主义的现实困境,在此基础上提出了相应的应对策略。
The domestic and international terrorism is rampant in recent years. In order to deal with terrorism,the article divided the terrorism into organization terrorism and individual terrorism and discussed the concept and characteristic of them. At fist the article analyzed the difficulties of coping terrorism and then it presented some corresponding countermeasures on the base of studying the traits of organization of terrorist attacks and the case of the individual terrorism.
