摘要
我国传统的造价管理存在与市场脱节、造价控制困难、工程信息不及时性等问题,阻碍了工程造价管理的发展。建筑信息模型能够模拟施工状态、快速计算工程造价,使全过程、全方位和动态造价管理成为可能。本文探索了BIM在工程造价管理的决策阶段、设计阶段、招标投标阶段、施工阶段和竣工决算阶段的应用原理。
Our traditional cost management exists a of of problems such as out of touch with the market, cost control difficultitly, engineering information delay. Building information modeling is able to simulate the construction state, calculate project Cost fasty. So, it achieves the whole process, eomprehensive and dynamic cost management. This article explores the application of BIM in the project cost management in decision - making phase, design phase, bidding phase, construction phase and completion phase.
