筋膜切开减压联合负压封闭引流治疗小腿闭合性骨折25例被引量：2

导出

摘要高能量创伤导致小腿闭合性骨折常并发骨筋膜室综合征,处理不当可导致缺血性肌挛缩、肢体坏死等严重后果。2008年9月-2013年1月,我们采用骨折固定、筋膜切开减压联合负压封闭引流（VSD）治疗伴有严重软组织损伤的小腿闭合性骨折25例,效果满意。现分析报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般情况本组25例中,男21例,女4例;年龄17~55岁,平均39.6岁。
