基于DMG635Veco型数控机床改进的无退出孔的搅拌摩擦点焊实验

摘要 采用无退出孔的搅拌摩擦点焊方法,在DMG635Veco型数控机床改进的搅拌摩擦焊机上进行了7005-T4铝合金的焊接试验,并进行接头的宏观形貌、X光无损检测、显微组织、物相组成和室温力学性能的测试与分析。结果表明,接头成形较好、质量较高,接头的室温抗拉强度、屈服强度和延伸率分别达到母材的95.8%、91.4%、83.9%;接头焊核区由α-Al基体和MgZn2相组成。 No exit holes friction stir spot welding method was used to weld 7005-T4 aluminum alloy on the improved DMG635Veco type numerical control machine,and the testing and analysis of macro-morphology ,X-ray non-destructive testing, microstructure,phase composition and mechanical properties of the joints at room temperature were conducted.The results showed that the joint had high quality and preferable forming,high tensile strength at room temperature;the room temperature tensile strength ,yield strength and elongation of the joints were 95.8% ,91.4%,83.9% of the base metal respectively;the weld joint area consisted of c^-Al matrix and MgZn2 phase.
