不同化疗方案与放疗联合治疗肺大细胞神经内分泌癌的效果 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨大细胞神经内分泌癌(LCNEC)的最佳放化疗方案及临床疗效。方法回顾性分析经病理确诊的LCNEC患者,分析不同化疗方案的有效性及放射治疗疗效。共纳入分析19例患者,化疗方案分别为:吉西他滨加顺铂方案(GP)2例,培美曲塞加顺铂(PP)1例,紫杉醇加卡铂方案(TC)1例,多西他赛加顺铂方案(TP)4例,顺铂加足叶乙甙方案(EP)10例,厄洛替尼1例。结果疗效评价提示EP方案有效率最高,为70%,TP和GP方案有效率均为50%,其他化疗方案有效性较差。所有患者均接受了放射治疗,放疗有效率(PR+CR)为73.7%。结论 EP方案治疗LCNEC效果优于非小细胞肺癌的化疗方案。放射治疗LCNEC效果好,不良反应可耐受。
