制度创业文献回顾与展望:基于“六何”分析框架 被引量:19

A Literature Review of Institutional Entrepreneurship and Prospects:Based on “5W1H” Analytical Framework

摘要 本文借助"六何"分析框架,从制度创业的主体(Who)、动因(Why)、过程(How)、阶段(When)、对象(What)和情境(Where)这六个方面,系统地回顾了制度创业的相关研究成果。通过回顾,我们认为制度创业是多层面、多因素所共同推动的结果,其实施策略可归类为物质策略、话语策略和组织策略,其过程具有反复性,阶段之间具有模糊性。最后,我们将"六何"分析框架进行逻辑关系整合,构建出制度创业研究的系统性分析框架,并提出未来研究展望。 Using"5W1H"analytical framework,this paper systematically reviews institutional entrepreneurship research from six aspects:institutional entrepreneurship's subject(Who),motivation(Why),process(How),stage(When),object(What)and context(Where).According to the literature review,it argues that institutional entrepreneurship may be caused by several factors at multi-levels;its implementation strategy can be divided into material strategy,discursive strategy,and organizational strategy;it is featured by repetitive process and fuzziness between stages.Finally,it integrates these six aspects according to certain logic,constructs a systematically analytical framework of institutional entrepreneurship and proposes the directions in future research.
