摘要
针对制冷压缩机内残留的装配润滑油,对壳体铸件因疏松而形成的气孔的油封作用,导致正压氦气检漏法无法在线检出铸件砂眼缺陷的现象,通过对各种检漏方法与漏率及生产节奏比较、分析得出最佳改造方案,并在设备建成后对系统进行"量具可重复性与可再现性分析"(GR&R)加以证明。研究结果在实际生产中获得了成功运用,具有实用价值。
Residual lubricating oil seals the casting micro porosity of refrigeration compressor, and forms oil mask which blocks helium gas going through during positive pressure Mass-Spec testing. Based on the calculation on leakage rate of various leakage detec tions, and takt time analysis, the optimized solution is given which is approved by final equipment GR&R results. The result of dissertation is successfully applied to real production line with great value.
