摘要
动车组制动系统定置试验台是研究动车组制动系统的重要装备,直通制动控制单元是其完成空气制动控制的关键部分。运用AMESim软件完成直通制动控制单元模型建立,对其中的电空阀工作特性进行仿真分析。进一步建立制动系统定置试验台模型,完成制动过程仿真。通过对比仿真分析与试验结果,仿真曲线与试验曲线吻合良好,表明所建立的仿真模型较好反映了定置试验台实际性能,可为试验台的改进及制动系统研究提供技术手段。
The braking system test rig is the key equipment in researching on EMU braking system,and the direct-acting brake control unit is its critical part to achieve air brake control. A model of direct-acting brake control unit is established through AMESim software,to simulate and analyze the working characteristic of electropneumatic valve. Further the model of braking system test rig is established to simulate the braking process.Through comparing the results of simulation and test,the simulation curve well fits with the test curve,which indicating that the simulation model reflects the actual performance of test rig. The research results can be used to improve performance of the test rig and develop new braking system.
