摘要
汽车驾驶室开发过程中,玻璃升降系统是整车设计的重点和难点,因其与周围的配合件较多,运动复杂,难以判断影响升降的根本原因。通过对新产品在试制阶段发生的各种故障收集,分析车门玻璃的受力情况和影响玻璃升降的各种因素,经过方案验证,解决了某重型卡车车门玻璃升降困难的问题。玻璃升降系统受诸多因素影响,需要综合考虑各方因素,方能排除玻璃升降过程中的故障。
Designing the window lifter is the key point in the development of complete vehicle. It is not easy to find the main cause that lead to abnormal lifting up and down of window glass because the more moving parts surrounding the glass regulator are located, and their running is complex. Collecting the information that the various faults happened in the phase of new window lifter development and trail-produce, analyzing the force distribution applied on the window glass and the factors that affected the lifting up and down of glass regulator, it is validated by the optimum scheme, therefore the problem that the window lifting hardly was solved. Glass regulator to lift abnormally is affected by many factors, we should consider the factors that are the key items in the development of the glass regulator to remove the defect happened in the lifting up and down.
