摘要 X射线探伤作为无损检测的重要方法正朝着高分辨率、强透射和小型化方向发展。作为X射线探伤机核心部件-X射线管也必须满足探伤机的上述要求。本文采用Opera软件对超高压波纹管电子枪进行了仿真和优化设计,并依据优化结果制备出小型化的超高压高分辨率波纹陶瓷X射线管,耐压达到300kV,X射线焦斑尺寸为2.4mm×2.4mm,性能指标达到同类进口X射线管水平。 As an important method of non-destructive examination,X-ray flaw detection is developing to high-resolution,high transmittance and miniaturization.As core components of X-ray flaw detection machines,X-ray tubesmust meet above mentioned requirements.In this paper,Vector Opera is used to implement the simulation and optimal design of ultra-high voltage(UHV)corrugated ceramic tube electron gun.A miniature UHV and high-resolution corrugated ceramic X-ray tube is successfully developed,in which the voltage reaches 300 kV and the X-ray focal spot is 2.4mm×2.4mm,indicating the performance is comparative with that of imported X-ray tubes.
