摘要
为研究大学生学校认同、集体自尊和生命愿景之间的关系,对闽南师范大学的373名大学生进行了学校认同量表、集体自尊量表和生命愿景量表的调查,结果表明:(1)学校认同、集体自尊和生命愿景在年级上存在显著差异.而在性别、任职情况不存在显著差异;(2)学校认同、集体自尊和生命愿景之间存在显著正相关;(3)大学生的学校认同和集体自尊能很好地预测生命愿景,集体自尊在学校认同和生命愿景之间起到了完全中介作用.
373 college students of Minnan normal university were made on questionnaire investigation to discussed the relationship among College Identify,Collectve Self-esteem and Life Visio, the results showed that:(1) there were significant difference in grades to school identity, collective self-esteem and life vision, but no significant difference in gender and representation;(2) there was significant positive correlation in school identity, collective self-esteem and life vision;(3) the college students' school identity and collective self-esteem could predict the life vision effectively, and collective self-esteem played a mediating role between college identify and life vision.
