放空管是天然气长输管道中十分重要的一部分,应重视设计的合理性与安全性,故需要探讨放空管的设计方法及原则。API RP 521是国内外放空管设计方法的主要来源,具有非常详细的计算方法及计算实例。以API RP 521的设计方法为基础,探讨其关键因素的设计方法和发展过程,分析设计计算方法步骤,并以实例进行计算说明。建议综合考虑技术可靠性、公共安全以及经济性,建立放空管的设计计算依据与方法,有利于提高其现场应用的可行性。
Vent pipe is an important part of the natural gas pipeline transmission, and the design of vent pipe must be rea- sonable and safe. Therefore, it is necessary to explore design methods and principles of vent pipe. API RP 521 is the main source of the design method of vent pipe in domestic and international with detailed calculation methods and calculation examples. On the basis of the method of API RP 521, the key factors affecting this method are discussed, steps of this method are analyzed, and calculation nlethods are explained with examples. It recommends establishing a new design method of vent pipe by consider- ing the reliability of technology, public security and economic construction.And it helps improve the feasibility of on-site applica- tions.
