摘要
为了研究硫酸盐侵蚀后喷射混凝土表面损伤层厚度变化,试验采用干湿交替方法,对同配合比普通混凝土、喷射混凝土及钢纤维喷射混凝土进行硫酸盐侵蚀,利用超声波平测法对试件表层声时进行测定,采用回归方法对试验数据进行拟合,得出试件损伤层厚度。同时,对不同侵蚀龄期试件相对动弹性模量、质量损失率及力学性能进行测试,研究损伤层与试件性能之间关系。结果表明:随着干湿交替次数增加,试件表层超声波波速降低,试件密实度下降,损伤层厚度增大;试件相对动弹性模量、质量损失率随着损伤层厚度增大而增大,试件力学性能随着损伤层厚度增大而减小,但均与损伤层厚度呈指数关系,用损伤层厚度表征试件硫酸盐侵蚀具有较好相关性。
In order to analysis the damage layer thickness of shotcrete after sulfate attack, the experiment of sulfate attack was done by the ordinary concrete ( OC ), ordinary shotcrete ( OS ), and steel fiber reinforced shotcrete (SFRS) which were the same mixture by using dry-wet cycles method. Meanwhile, the surface sonic time of specimen was determined by ultrasound plane monitor method, and the curves of sonic time and ranging were fitted by regression method. Moreover, the relationship between damage layer thickness and properties which includes relative dynamic modulus of elasticity, mass loss ratio, cubic compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of specimen by difference attack age was analyzed. The results showed that with dry-wet cycles increased, the specimen surface ultrasonic velocity and density was decreased and the damage layer thickness was raised. Simultaneously, the relative dynamic modulus of elasticity and mass loss ratio was increased. However, the mechanical properties were reduced with the damage layer thickness increased. The relationship between of them wasobeyed exponential distribution. It had a good correlation to characterization sulfate attack of specimen for using damage layer thickness.
