摘要
办好人民满意的教育,需要幸福的教师。对教师幸福感结构这一本源问题进行探讨,是教师教育中的一个重大理论和现实问题。文章提出"教师专业身份认同感、教育教学满意感、人际交往和谐感、职业情境舒适感"四个结构联结成教师幸福感的研究假设,遵循了量化研究的范式,通过问卷探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,教师幸福感"四维"结构得到深度挖掘和求证,这是一个相互联系、相互作用、结构良好的整体。教师幸福感"四维"结构的发现,突破了已有的研究成果,为教师寻求幸福感提供了可靠的路径选择。
To cultivate people's satisfactory education, the felicific teachers are badly needed. The discussion of The origin of Teacher's Sense of Well - being, is becoming a realistic and theoretical issue with great practical significances for cultivating a satisfactory education. This paper proposes a four - dimensional structure of teachers' sense of well - being: a sense of teaching satisfaction, a sense of professional identity, a sense of harmonious interpersonal relationship and a sense of comfort in occupational situations, following the paradigm of quantitative research. This four - dimensional structure of teacher well - being has been validated and shown well through the investigation of questionnaire data and empirical factors as a system of mutual connection and interaction with good structures. The discovery of the four - dimensional structure of teacher well - being is a remarkable reasearch breakthrough among the existing studies, and offers a reliable path for enhancing teachers' sense of well - being.
