摘要
目的调查我院颅脑清洁手术抗菌药物使用情况,对使用现状进行分析,促进合理用药。方法查阅我院2013年Ⅰ类切口手术出院病历208份,对病历中抗菌药物的预防使用情况进行分析包括:品种选择、用药时机、用药疗程。记录相关的数据,并对其进行分析。结果 208份病历中,共计使用7种抗菌药物作为预防性用药的品种,合格率占70.53%;预防性抗菌药物使用率为99.52%;平均用药时间为3.28d。结论我院Ⅰ类切口清洁手术抗菌药物的使用存在用药无指征,选药不合理、用药时机不当、用法与用量不合理现象。医院将推出整改措施,加大干预力度。
Objective To investigate the utilization of antibiotics for patients undergoing craniocerebral operations in a hospital and analyze the status quo of the use of antibiotics to promote a scientific and rational use of antibiotics. Methods 208 of cases of the type I incision operations in 2013 were investigated,meanwhile,the applications of antibacterial agents used in prevention including drug selection,curative opportunity,and treatment course were reviewed and analyzed. Results According to the selected 208 of cases,7 of antibacterial agents in our hospital were chosen to prevent infections in craniocerebral cleaning operation.The qualified rate was 70.53%,usage rate was 99.52%,and the average administration time was 3.28 days. Conclusion By analyzing the data, it is clearly shown that there exist abuse and inappropriate use of antibacterial agents in the type I incision operations in our hospital,which should be weighed by authority.
