睾丸支持细胞瘤肺转移1例 被引量：2

摘要 患者男性，59岁。患者10天前无明显诱因出现头痛不适，位于枕顶部，低头时明显，呈阵发性胀痛。头颅MRI示：左侧小脑半球占位性病变。胸部CT示：左肺上叶前段可见2个大小不等的类圆形肿块影、结节影，密度均匀，边界尚清楚，增强后中度强化（图1），双上肺实质内见多个密度影，诊断意见：（1）左肺上叶前段多发病变，考虑转移瘤；
