摘要
目的:减少腰椎间盘突出症患者的术后并发症,提高手术成功率。方法:对收治的58例腰椎间盘突出症患者围手术期护理情况和最后效果进行总结。结果:术前进行有效的心理护理和体位训练,可以使患者在术中更好地配合手术;术后进行整体化的护理及功能锻炼,能及时发现和预防术后并发症,提高手术成功率。结论:围手术期的正确护理能提高手术效果。
Objective ： To pay much attention to the perioperative nursing to reduce complications after operation of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion for the sake of improving the successful rate of operations. Methods： The Perioperative Nursing and the effects for 58 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were summarized. Results： The preoperative psychological nursing and posture training were effectively undertaken so that the patients could cooperate with the operation better. After the operation, the nursing care and functional exercise on the whole could prevent and detect the postoperative complications to improve the successful rate of operation. Conclusion： The operation is the effective method to relieve lubar intervertebral discprotrusion＇s pain.
