摘要
目的分析急诊危重患者家属焦虑相关因素、心理需求,为开展针对性护理提供依据。方法对100名患者家属开展焦虑水平、心理需求测评。结果焦虑阳性55例(55.0%);文化水平、与患者关系、医疗费用支付方式、患者就诊原因成为急诊危重患者家属焦虑水平独立影响因素(P<0.05);心理需求总分(130±11)分,焦虑阳性患者心理需求总分(149±15)分高于焦虑阴性(110±17)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊危重患者家属普遍伴有焦虑情绪,存在诸多影响因素,各方面心理需求较强,应关注重点人群,掌握患者心理需求,提供针对性心理干预。
Objective This article was to analyze the anxiety related factors and psychological needs of emergency critically ill patients＆#39;family and to provide evidence for developing targeted nursing.Methods An assessment on development level of anxiety and psychological needs was done in 100 family members of patients. Results Anxiety was positive in 55 patients （55%） .Medical expense, culture level, relationship with patients and attendance reason were independent factors which could cause anxiety in families of emergency critically ill patients （P〈0.05）.The total score of psychological needs was 130 ±11, total score of psychological needs anxiety positive patients was higher than that negative patients （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Generally, families of emergency critically ill patients accompanied by anxiety, a various of factors could cause anxiety, the have lots of psychological needs, so they should be should focused and targeted psychological intervention should be provide.
