摘要
中西医治疗肿瘤的优势结合是困扰临床工作者的一个重要问题。中西医治疗肿瘤有着各自的优势与弊端,西医以消灭肿瘤为其优势,中医则以调控肿瘤复发转移为其优势,因而应加快将各自优势进行结合以便早日实现从根本上治疗肿瘤,中西医治疗肿瘤理念日趋一致性为其各自优势结合奠定基础。中西医治疗肿瘤的优势应从诊疗手段的结合、不同阶段中西医治疗的选择和干预策略、优势人群的选择等方面进行有序合理的结合,文章就此做一阐述,以期为肿瘤临床工作者提供借鉴。
Advantages of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of tumor is still an important problem for the clinical doctors.Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of tumor have their own advantages and disadvantages.Western medicine removes the tumor as its advantages.Traditional Chinese medicine regulates tumor recurrence metastasis as its advantages.So it should be accelerated to combine their respective advantages to fundamentally treat tumor.The concept of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of tumor is increasing consistency,which lays a good foundation for their combination of respective advantages.The advantages of Chinese and western medicine should be reasonable and orderly combined from the diagnostic and treatment methods of tumor,the choice of different stages of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment and intervention strategies,the choice of edge crowd,etc.This paper explains this in order to provide a reference for tumor clinical doctors.
