摘要
浙江陈木扇女科第25代传人陈学奇医师,继承家传对痛经治疗的学术思想,同时博众家之长,对痛经的治疗颇有心得,认为治痛经须谨守气血,以虚实为辨,以通为用;重视和气血、调脏腑,用药结合月经周期,病证相参,综合治理,特别是灵活运用"滋阴清热、清热泻火"法,以家传"陈氏清肝通经汤"治疗许多难治性痛经患者,疗效显著。
CHEN Xue-qi,the 25th generation successor of CHEN Mu-shan gynecology,inherits family＇s academic thoughts and widely adopts the clinical experience from other fellow gynecologists,who has distinctive experience in treating dysmenorrheal.He considers that it should differentiate precisely between excessive type and deficient type,focus on Qi and blood,and make them unobstructed.The treatment must focus on promoting Qi and blood circulation,regulating the function of Zangfu organs,medication treatment combined with the menstrual cycle,combining disease with syndrome,summary a comprehensive therapeutic scheme.And especially it uses the method of nourishing yin and clearing heat,and clearing heat combined with drainaging fire in treating refractory dysmenorrheal by the formula of CHEN＇s Qinggan Tongjing Tang,which achieves an outstanding outcome.
