摘要
移动阅读促进了信息的获取和共享,但也对知识产权的保护提出了极大的挑战,引起了诸多版权问题。移动阅读在馆藏资源数字化、使用范围、移动阅读格式方面与版权保护存在一定的矛盾;在控制复制的"失效"、更加突出传播权、合理使用的判断、侵权责任的认定等四方面给著作权造成了冲击;移动阅读的发展也使得复制行为更加复杂、更容易引起侵权问题。
Mobile reading promotes the access and share of information, but also presents great challenges on the protec-tion of intellectual property, causing a lot of copyright issues. There are some contradictions between mobile reading and copyright protection in the aspect of the digitization of library resources, the scope of use, and the format of mobile reading; mobile reading has also impacted on the copyright, such as the failure of control of copyright, the stress on the right of communication, and the difficulties to determine the reasonable use and the tort liability; The development of mobile reading also makes copying more complex and it ＇s easier to cause infringement.
