摘要
实验室制备了span-80与T-155乳化剂不同质量比的6种乳化基质试样,通过测定超声波仪处理后的乳化基质硝酸铵的析出量,和10个高低温循环后相应的乳化基质的电导率,探讨不同油相条件下,乳化剂种类及配比对乳化基质稳定性的影响。结果表明:超声波法实验结果反映的乳化基质稳定性与高低温循环法测定的结果一致,其中A组乳化剂span-80:T-155质量比为1:1时,乳化基质稳定性最好。说明用超声波评价乳化基质的稳定性是可行的。
Six kinds of emulsion base simples with different mass ratios of span-80 to T-155 were prepared in laboratory. Through determining the precipitation amount of ammonium nitrate from emulsion matrix after ultrasonic instrunent on-line processing, and the electrical conductivity of the emulsion matrix after ten high-low-temperature cycling, the impact of types and proportions of emulsifiers on the stability of the emulsion matrix in different oil phase conditions were investigated. The study showed that the restdts measured by ultrasound informing the stability of the emulsion matrix are consistent with that measured by temperature cycling method. When the emulsifier mass ratio of span-80 to T-155 is 1;1 in group A, the stability of the emulsion matrix is the best. The experiment indicated that evaluating the stability of emulsion explosive matrix by ultrasonic is feasible.
