摘要
本文以139家A股上市的房地产公司为样本,综合获利能力及其质量构建房地产业收益质量的评价体系,并基于构建的评价体系,实证分析了我国房地产业金融危机后的收益质量现状,为投资者投资决策提供参考。
Based on the design of earnings quality evaluation system of real estate industry from the perspective of profitability and its quality, this paper selected 139 real estate listed companies as samples and made an empirical analysis of post-crisis earnings quality of real estate industry in China. It will provide reference for the investors to make their investment decision.
