摘要
目的探讨人性化护理在产后护理中的效果。方法选择医院2013年6月-2014年6月产妇90例,随机分为观察组与对照组各45例,观察组根据产妇情况制定人性化护理方案;对照组给予常规的产后护理方法。将2组产妇生理和心理恢复情况、患者满意度、护理有效率及不良反应发生率等进行对比分析。结果通过产后人性化护理,观察组产妇身体和心理恢复明显优于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组,护理有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组。2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理在产后护理中应用效果显著,具有较高临床推广价值。
Objective To investigated the effect of humanistic nursing on the postpartum recovery .Methods From June 2013 to June 2014 , 90 cases of parturient women were selected and divided into observation group and control group , each of 45 cases.In observation group , we established humanized nursing plan according to the maternal condition .In control group, the parturient women were given the conventional method of postpartum care .The maternal physiological and psycholog-ical recovery ,patient satisfaction , nursing efficiency and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared and analyzed .Re-sults Through the postpartum humanized nursing ,the maternal physical and psychological recovery in the observation group was better than that of the control group;the patient satisfaction and nursing efficiency were higher than those of the control group;the incidence of adverse reaction was lower than that of the control group , the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Humanistic nursing care has remarkable application effect in the postpartum nursing ,so it has high clinical value .
