摘要
目的观察托特罗定联合奥昔布宁治疗膀胱过度活动症的疗效,关注治疗后患者焦虑评分,以期为临床工作提供帮助。方法选取医院收治的144例膀胱过度活动症患者作为研究对象,应用随机区组的原则分为观察组和对照组各72例,对照组应用托特罗定进行治疗,观察组应用托特罗定联合奥昔布宁进行治疗,观察治疗效果。同时应用焦虑自评量表评价治疗后患者的焦虑评分。结果观察组总有效率为98.61%明显高于对照组的90.28%,且治疗后焦虑评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论托特罗定联合奥昔布宁治疗膀胱过度活动症患者的疗效明显,同时能更有效地减少患者的焦虑情绪,临床治疗中可以积极应用。
Objective To observe the effect and anxiety scores in patients with overactive bladder by treating with tolterodine and oxybutynin ,in order to provide help for the clinical work .Methods 144 cases of patients with overactive blad-der were selected and divided into observation group and control group ,72 cases in each group .The observation group applied tolterodine and oxybutynin for treatment .The control group applied tolterodine for treatment .The clinical effect was observed in two groups after intervention .At the same time,the anxiety score of patients was evaluated through the application of self rating anxiety scale after treatment .Results The total effect rate was 98 .61% in the observation group , which was higher than 90.28%in the control group;and the anxiety scores were lower in the observation group than that of in the control group ,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Tolterodine combined with oxybutynin can improve clinical effect in the treatment of overactive bladder ,and decreases anxiety scores , which is worthy to be actively applied in clinical treatment.
