生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌训练对产后盆底康复的疗效观察 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨盆底肌训练联合生物反馈电刺激对产后盆底康复的疗效。方法选取165例初产妇(分成观察组和对照组)和59例经产妇(经产妇组),将初产妇随机分成观察组(85例)和对照组(80例)。观察组及经产妇组予以产后盆底肌训练联合功能性电刺激,对照组予以一般的产后健康宣教。产妇分别于产后3月随访,进行一般情况问卷调查及盆底肌肉功能评估、阴道张力测定,评价盆底肌肉训练的结果。结果观察组在盆底综合肌力、盆底脏器脱垂及尿失禁方面均较对照组及经产妇组有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论电刺激联合盆底肌训练对产后盆底康复是一个可行、安全、有效的方案,且对初产妇效果更明显。 Objective To investigate the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercises on the recovery of pelvic floor rehabilitation. Methods 165 cases of primiparas and 59 cases of multiparas were selected, the primiparas were randomly divided into observation group (85 cases) and control group (80 cases). The observation group and the muhipara group were treated by individual guidance for biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise,while the control group only accepted general health education of postpartum. Postpartum follow-up was 3 months. Results Comprehensive strength, pelvic organ prolapse and incontinence of the observation group were improved sig- nificantly than the control group and the multipara group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The biological electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle training is a feasible, safe and effective scheme of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation, and the effect is more obvious for primipara.
