经蝶入路手术联合伽玛刀治疗垂体腺瘤临床疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析经蝶入路手术联合伽玛刀治疗垂体腺瘤的临床疗效。方法对50例符合标准的垂体腺瘤患者随机分为单纯手术组和手术+常规放疗组和手术联合伽玛刀治疗组,分别采取经蝶入路手术和经蝶入路手术+常规放疗和经蝶入路手术联合伽玛刀治疗,对比这三组患者的生活质量、肿瘤复发时间、存活时间及发生并发症的概率。结果在FACT评分中,经蝶入路手术联合伽马刀组治疗后患者生存质量(116.2±34.18)明显高于其他两组(75.75±25.61;73.67±27.62),从随访时间上观察,时间越长其生存质量相对越好。经蝶入路手术联合伽玛刀组患者的生活质量和存活时间与其他两组相比,优势很明显,并发症低。结论经蝶入路手术联合伽玛刀治疗垂体腺瘤优势明显,两者联合是目前治疗垂体腺瘤的最理想方案。 Objective Analysis of transsphenoidal operation combined with gamma knife radiosurgery for pituitaryadeno-ma. Methods In 50 patients with pituitary adenoma inclusion criteria were randomly divided intotreatment of simple operation group and operation + radiotherapy group andoperation combined with gamma knife group, were taken to transsphenoidaloperation and transsphenoidal operation + radiotherapy and transsphenoidaloperation combined with gamma knife treatment, comparing the three groups of lifequality, time of tumor recurrence, survival time and complications of probability. Results In the FACT score, transsphenoidal operation combined with gamma knife treatment group patients quality of life ( 116. 2 ± 34. 18 ) was significantly higher than the other two groups(75. 75 ± 25. 61;73. 67 ± 27. 62), from the time of follow-up can be seen, the longer, the bet-ter quality of life. Transsphenoidal approach operation combined with gamma knife group patients quality of life and survival time compared with the other two groups, advantage is very obvious, less complications. Conclusion Transsphenoidal operation com-bined with gamma knife radiosurgery for pituitary adenomas have obvious advantages. the combination of the two is the most ideal choice for the treatment of pituitary adenoma.
