摘要
目的：对危重症产妇的麻醉处理方法进行分析研究。方法选取我院于2013年4月～2014年9月收治的36例危重症产妇作为本次研究的研究对象，对这些患者采用的麻醉处理方法进行回顾性分析，并对麻醉处理的效果进行总结。结果这36例危重症产妇中，有2例患者早产，1例患者引产，无患者死亡，并且所有患者在麻醉手术之后都能正常清醒。结论在对危重症产妇进行麻醉处理时，要根据产妇的具体情况，并遵循及时、正确、果断的处理原则，才能够保证产妇的生命安全和身体健康。
Objective Conduct analysis research on anesthesia disposal method for puerpera with critical disease. Methods Selected 36 puerperae who with critical disease in our hospital from April 2013 to September 2014 as the research object. Conducted Retrospective analysis on the anesthesia disposal method for the patients,and concluded the effects concerning the anesthesia disposal. Results Among the 36 puerperae with critical diseases,2 puerperae had the premature delivery,1 puerperae had the induced labour and no puerpera death,in addition,al of the patients can keep sober after the anesthesia operation. Conclusion In the critical disease maternal anesthesia treatment,according to the specific situation of puerperae,and fol ow the principle of treatment timely,correct,decisive,it can ensure the safety and health of mothers.
