摘要
目的：探究消化性溃疡患者采用超声诊断的准确率。方法选取2013年5月～2014年8月收治的40例消化性溃疡患者进行诊断，随机分组，实验组22例患者进行超声诊断，对照组18例患者选择 X 线诊断，观察患者诊断的准确率。结果实验组患者诊断准确率为92.3%，对照组患者诊断准确率为81.0%。两组患者诊断的准确率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论消化性溃疡患者采用超声诊断具有较高的诊断价值，可明确患者的疾病类型和病情程度，并针对诊断情况采取对症治疗，可提高患者的治疗效果。
Objective The accuracy of ultrasound examination in diagnosis of peptic ulcer is to be investigated. Methods Chose 40 patients with peptic ulcer who were received and treated in our hospital from May 2013 to August 2014 and separate them into two groups at random. 22 patients in study group were diagnosed by ultrasound examination,while 18 patients in control group were diagnosed by X-ray examination; and then observe and compare the accuracy of diagnosis between two groups. Results The accuracy of diagnosis in study group was up to 92.3%,while the accuracy of diagnosis in control group was 81.0%;there was a differential accuracy of diagnosis between two groups,and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ultrasound examination is of high significance in diagnosis of patients with peptic ulcer,it is beneficial to identify the type and severity of patients’disease and get patients treated with symptomatic treatment,which is conducive to improving treatment efficiency.
